Kalob for stepping up into a senior Cloverlea School student who always makes great choices in your learning. Its great to see you striving to achieve your best.
Shonnita for using your kind words to your peers. I was very impressed by your ‘I statement’ I overhead on Tuesday. It was great to see you getting noticed for good choices. Keep it up !
Week 6:
Kate-Lynne For always offering to be a helpful team player and remembering what important jobs need to be done in room 4. And for persisting in your writing last week when it was difficult.
Lusia for contributing positively in our reading group by sharing your thoughts about main ideas and making a summary of our book. Keep up the great thinking skills you are learning.
Week 5:
Kauri for making focused and positive contributions to our fractions discussions during mathematics this week. This is exactly how a successful Cloverlea kid looks. Well done!
Jayden WR for working really hard on your writing this week. Your brain storm was full of original and interesting ideas and your narrative met the success criteria by including a description of the character, where he lived (setting) and a problem and solution. FANTASTIC!
Week 4:
Andrin For really stepping up to become a SuperKid recently. You are working hard at set tasks, your work well collaboratively and display such enthusiasm in your learning attitude.
I have noticed!
Caitlyn for always working hard and being kind. Your learning progress is proof that managing impulsivities in the classroom and in the playground produces fantastic results and good friends.
Week :3
Max - For applying exactly what we are learning directly into your reading practice. You made such a fantastic verbal summary during our guided reading group. Great work!
Brayden – For being respectful to all other learners in Room 4 by making great choices in class. And when called upon, responding with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.

Tony for demonstrating what a good sportsman you are in the lunchtime
soccer tournament. Your team mates are

Preston for sharing your ideas on a more regular basis in
class discussions and for showing perseverance when showing your maths
strategies. It was great to see. I
looking forward to seeing more of this!
Week 1:
Jaden for several reasons: For following instructions, making good choices and getting
on with your work. Your colour poem in
this week’s newsletter is a great example of this.
Always being ‘that guy’ who offers to help, without
expecting anything in return.
Teah for being a kind and supportive FRIEND when people are
in need or upset. You are ‘I’ for
inclusive, by offering a hand of FRIENDship. You don’t seek acknowledgment for
this, you do it because it’s right.
TERM 2
Week 10:
Tayjh - For your consistently impressive classroom work ethic. You are hard working and always try your best. You model safety and respect in your attitude towards your classmates.
Kauri - For making pleasing gains in your reading comprehension strategies and vocabulary development this Term. Well done! Keep up the great work!
Week 8:
Caitlyn for incredibly good punctuation usage in her disappearing story. You used perfect speech marks, commas and sentence punctuation.
Jayden W.B. for showing such consideration and courtesy during class discussions. It’s lovely to see you engaging in discussion during mat time.
Week 7:
Kruze – for showing such wonderful enthusiasm in your maths and reading. You are happy to generously show your thinking to your classmates and are making such wonderful gains in these areas.
Dante - for your constant commitment to your learning. You also always show respect, courtesy and kindness in all that you do, showing you are maturing into a real senior student.
Week 6:
Jaden for always showing courtesy and responsibility in your attitude in class. You are a real asset to Room 4 we are lucky to have a polite and responsible person who is showing he is ready to step up into a senior role next year.
Lusia for letting your fun, positive and friendly nature show in the playground. This is great to see. Keep it up!
Tohu for the progress you are making by using appropriate reading strategies and for your impressive mathematical observations and sharing your ideas during class time. You are really showing
your Super Kid qualities! Well done.
Anisa for your constant determination and commitment to your learning. You also always show respect, courtesy and kindness in all that you do, showing you are maturing into a real senior student.

Halle for initiating and suggesting wonderfully kind ideas during our class meetings – you are a true FRIEND.
